           First thing to do, in case of sudden fall of a tooth, is to immediately turn to a dentist!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           A fallen tooth, in fact, can still be saved.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Here is a small guide on what to do in the first minutes after the accident:

           • Recover the tooth and grab it from the crown without touching the roots.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           • In case the tooth is dirty, wash it for 10 seconds with fresh running water. Do not rub it to clean it, just rinse it briefly!
           &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           • If you are sure about the cleanliness and integrity of the tooth, try to replant it in its seat. Make a handkerchief bite to keep the tooth in place.

           • If it is impossible to put it back in place, put the tooth in a glass of milk (its PH keeps the root cells alive) or in saline (NO water). In this case, however, it is necessary to ensure that the person is conscious and that there is no risk of ingestion.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Bring the tooth fell immediately from the dantist, better if within an hour and, in any case, no later than 24 hours from the event.

           Bruxism - simply put, the habit of grinding or clenching the teeth - consists of more or less intense activity of the masticatory muscles, which occurs mainly during sleep.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Here are some important tips.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Many people grind or clench their teeth: an estimated one-fifth of the population suffers from bruxism. In some cases the teeth may be damaged and, in more sensitive people, cause headaches, jaw or neck pain.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           However, some people also clench their teeth during the day, for example, when they are tense and need to concentrate (in this case we speak of bruxomania).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           In cases of intense bruxism, up to 100 pounds of pressure is exerted on the jaw.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The most frequent cause is stress.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Usually the concentration of the masticatory muscles is caused by stress or psychic overload. During sleep we tend, in fact, to process stress by "grinding" our daily problems. In some cases, antidepressants or substances such as alcohol can also cause bruxism. One thing is certain: rubbing the surfaces of the teeth results in progressive wear of the teeth, sometimes even fractures. In cases of intense bruxism, teeth can become particularly sensitive and mobile. Other disorders also occur in the temporomandibular joint and at the level of the masticatory muscles, resulting in facial pain and the appearance of headaches.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Therapy
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Therapy involves applying a so-called "night splint" (Michigan ferula), which does not inhibit bruxism but protects the teeth and prevents pain, allowing the muscles to relax. Many people are unaware that they grind their teeth. If you find out that your partner (or your child) suffers from bruxism, make him or her aware of the problem right away so that they can take action before damage to the teeth arises
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Reimbursement of treatment for a bruxism problem
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Only diagnostic therapies are recognized under the basic health insurance; however, the costs of making the bite and the dental laboratory are excluded. In this case with the fabrication of six ceramic veneers, a "smile lift" could be done by significantly reducing the interdental spaces by reshaping the crown volumes of the teeth. The result is amazing and the aesthetics has been greatly improved thanks in part to excellently done dental work.

           4. Sulla poltrona del dentista non devi per forza ascoltare i rumori degli strumenti.

           Chiedi al dentista se puoi metterti degli auricolari per ascoltare un po’ di musica che ti distragga.

           La sedazione cosciente è una miscela di protossido d’azoto e d’ossigeno che viene somministrata per mezzo di una mascherina nasale a delle concentrazioni personalizzate secondo necessità. L’effetto analgesico e sedativo si avverte già dopo pochi respiri con una sensazione di rilassatezza e distensione. Il paziente rimane comunque sempre pienamente cosciente e vigile durante tutto il trattamento. Al termine della cura viene somministrato per 5 minuti dell’ossigeno puro e questo permette di lasciare lo studio dentistico da solo e in grado di guidare.

            È un fatto che il “prodotto” latte non stia vivendo un periodo di grande popolarità. I consumi nel mondo industrializzato in generale calo, a causa di un cambiamento nei gusti alimentari e nella percezione comune di cosa sia o non sia sano mangiare. Insomma, «bevi il latte che ti fa bene» non sembra più essere una frase pronunciata spesso nelle nostre case…
           &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

            Tuttavia, senza entrare nel merito dei gusti personali di ciascuno di noi, è giusto informare sui benefici per la salute dentale di questo alimento nutriente.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            È difficile sovrastimare l’importanza del Calcio nella nostra dieta. Basti pensare che questo minerale è il più abbondante nel corpo umano e che conta dall’1 al 2% del peso totale di una persona e quasi il 40% dei minerali presenti nell’organismo. Il Calcio, quindi, è importante per la salute delle nostre ossa, ma viene assunto in quantità troppo esigue da buona parte della popolazione.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            In effetti una sola tazza di latte contiene circa 300 mg di Calcio. Una parte considerevole del quantitativo raccomandato giornalmente, che è tra i 1000 e i 1.300 mg (e che si può facilmente raggiungere mangiando anche i prodotti derivati dal latte come i formaggi, oppure carne, vegetali a foglia verde, nocciole…).
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Inoltre, il latte contiene anche il Fosforo che è fondamentale per lo sviluppo delle ossa e dei denti del bambino quando è ancora nella pancia della madre.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            Dopo la nascita, il latte continua ad essere un alimento importantissimo per la nostra dentatura. La sua regolare assunzione riduce il rischio di sviluppare delle carie, non solo rinforzando lo smalto, ma anche contrastando l’azione dei batteri della bocca. Se poi pensiamo che un problema ricorrente delle cure dentali è la mancanza di un adeguato supporto osseo per le arcate dentali superiori ed inferiori, rinforzare mandibola e mascella bevendo tanto latte fin da giovani è un’utile prevenzione!
           &#xD;

           Naturalmente, per i non amanti del latte esistono delle bevande sostitutive (come quelle a base di mandorle) che conferiscono una quantità di Calcio comparabile con quella contenuta nel latte. L’unica accortezza da tenere a mente quando si mangiano latte e derivati è quella di cercare di lavare i denti dopo averli consumati per eliminare il lattosio che si deposita sui denti e che, in quanto zucchero, va ad alimentare la flora batterica della bocca

            Per una buona igiene dentale è importante sapere che, in linea di massima, lo spazzolino va cambiato almeno una volta ogni 3 mesi.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            Ci sono due importanti ragioni per le quali dovrebbe essere sostituito regolarmente: in primo luogo, perchè le setole iniziano a consumarsi, diventando quindi meno efficaci nella rimozione della placca. La seconda ragione è data dal rapido accumulo di batteri, che tende a svilupparsi più velocemente su una superficie umida.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Cambiare lo spazzolino da denti è necessario specie dopo un’influenza o un’infezione del cavo orale.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            Lo spazzolino va cambiato anche quando è presente una carie dentale. Quest'ultima, infatti, è un'infezione batterica che attacca lo smalto dentale e la dentina. Se ti dovessi accorgere di avere questo problema (individuabile a causa del colore scuro sulla superficie del dente) non preoccuparti: rivolgiti quanto prima al tuo dentista. Sostituire lo spazzolino anche in questo caso ti permetterà di non rischiare nuovi attacchi da parte di batteri estranei al normale equilibrio batterico della bocca.

Il paziente rimane comunque sempre pienamente cosciente e vigile durante tutto il trattamento. Al termine della cura viene somministrato per 5 minuti dell’ossigeno puro e questo permette di lasciare lo studio dentistico da solo e in grado di guidare.

            soffre di bruxismo. In alcuni casi la dentatura può subire danni e, nelle persone più sensibili, causare mal di testa, dolori alla mascella o alla nuca.

           In caso di bruxismo intenso, sulla mandibola viene esercitata una pressione fino a 100 chili.

           La causa più frequente è lo stress
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Di solito la concentrazione della muscolatura masticatoria è causata dallo stress o da un sovraccarico psichico. Durante il sonno tendiamo, infatti, ad elaborare lo stress “macinando” i nostri problemi quotidiani. In alcuni casi, anche gli antidepressivi o sostanze come l’alcol possono causare bruxismo. Una cosa è certa: lo sfregamento delle superfici dei denti comporta una progressiva usura di questi, a volte addirittura delle fratture. In caso di bruxismo intenso, i denti possono diventare particolarmente sensibili e mobili. Altri disturbi si manifestano inoltre nell’articolazione temporo-mandibolare e a livello della muscolatura masticatoria, con conseguenti dolori al volto e apparizione di mal di testa.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           La terapia
          &#xD;

           La terapia consiste nell’applicare un cosiddetto “bite notturno” (ferula di Michigan), che non inibisce il bruxismo ma protegge i denti e previene i dolori, permettendo di rilassarne la muscolatura. Molte persone non sanno di digrignare i denti. Se scopriste che il vostro partner (o vostro figlio) soffre di bruxismo, rendetelo subito attento al problema, in modo che possa correre ai ripari prima che insorgano danni ai denti

           La paziente di 77anni presenta dei denti anteriori con numerose otturazioni interprossimali (tra i denti) e ai colletti. Questa situazione non soddisfa più la paziente che vorrebbe un sorriso più giovane.

           Abbiamo realizzato un “lifting” del sorriso proponendo in primo luogo uno sbiancamento sostenuto con il prodotto ZOOM2 e in una seconda fase abbiamo realizzato 6 faccette ceramica sui denti superiori.

           Il paziente non era più contento della situazione nella zona degli incisivi inferiori e voleva migliorarne l’estetica. In questo caso con la realizzazione di sei faccette in ceramica si è potuto fare un “lifting del sorriso” riducendo in modo importante gli spazi interdentali rimodellando i volumi delle corone dei denti. Il risultato è sorprendente e l’estetica è stata notevolmente migliorata grazie anche ad un lavoro odontotecnico realizzato in modo eccellente.

      <title>Perché é così importante sorridere?</title>

           Esistono innumerevoli studi che confermano come il sorriso genuino viene considerato particolarmente attraente e come l’atto del sorriso o della risata alzi l’umore anche delle persone che sono intorno a te.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

La risata e il sorriso hanno una finalità di comunicazione fortissima, ci permettono di socializzare meglio con gli altri e di stare felicemente in gruppo, quindi bisognerebbe sorridere il più possibile soprattutto nei momenti complicati.

            Poter sorridere e ridere liberamente dispone l’individuo ad essere più aperto e socievole, a sentirsi maggiormente a proprio agio. Al contrario, vergognarsi della propria bocca rende le persone meno disposte alle relazioni interpersonali, alla vita sociale, ed in generale crea stati di disagio e frustrazione.

      <title>Cosa fare in caso di perdita di un dente?</title>

           È il terrore di tante persone quello di perdere un dente all’improvviso, genera sempre un certo panico ma si tratta di un evento che può accadere facilmente a causa di cadute accidentali o traumi.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Per questo motivo è meglio essere pronti e conoscere le modalità giuste di conservazione del dente per evitare di andare nel panico e provocare ulteriori danni.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Prima cosa da fare, in caso di caduta improvvisa di un dente, è quella di rivolgersi immediatamente a un dentista!
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Un dente caduto, infatti, può ancora essere salvato.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ecco una piccola guida su cosa fare nei primi minuti dopo l’incidente:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Mantenere la calma o, comunque, farla mantenere a chi ha perso il dente.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Recuperare il dente e afferrarlo dalla corona evitando di toccare con mano le radici.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Nel caso in cui il dente sia sporco, lavarlo per 10 secondi con acqua fresca corrente. Non va sfregato per pulirlo, ma solo sciacquato brevemente!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Se si è certi della pulizia e dell’integrità del dente, provare a reimpiantarlo nella sua sede. Far mordere un fazzoletto per mantenere il dente in posizione.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Nel caso in cui rimetterlo in posizione risulti impossibile, mettere il dente in un bicchiere di latte (il suo PH mantiene vive le cellule delle radici) o della soluzione fisiologica (NO acqua). Sarebbe corretto anche tenere il dente in bocca e conservarlo quindi nella saliva. In tal caso, però, bisogna assicurarsi che la persona sia cosciente e che non ci sia il rischio di ingestione.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           • Portare il dente caduto immediatamente dal dantista, meglio se entro un’ora e, ad ogni modo, non oltre le 24 ore dall’accaduto.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Se possibile fai chiamare lo studio per preavvisarlo, spiegando cosa è successo.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Qualcuno che è con te può farsi consigliare dal dentista al telefono, se necessario.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           Una ricerca pubblicata dal Journal of the American Dietetic Association ha dimostrato che gli acidi grassi Omega-3 proteggono la salute delle gengive contrastando l’insorgenza di questa infezione.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Un ruolo importante è svolto dagli acidi grassi insaturi, come gli acidi grassi omega-3, che devono essere assorbiti attraverso gli alimenti perché non possono essere prodotti dal corpo umano stesso. Uno studio che ha coinvolto 9.000 americani ha ora dimostrato che un adeguato apporto di acidi grassi riduce il rischio di parodontite del 20%. Anche una piccola quantità aiuta a inibire la crescita dei batteri nel cavo orale.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Grandi quantità di questi acidi grassi omega-3 si trovano, ad esempio, nei semi di lino macinati (fabbisogno giornaliero: da uno a due cucchiaini da tè) o nei pesci grassi come lo sgombro, il salmone o il tonno. Tuttavia, l’apporto di questi preziosi acidi grassi può essere facilmente assicurato anche da vari integratori alimentari.
          &#xD;
